Will it read your messages?
Your messages are in an app, on a phone or in your email. Find yours below.
Each row answers two questions. Does Message Review on this site read it? Does the desktop app? They read different lists, so check both.
Need to get the file out first? See how to export from each app.

Not on the list?
Try your file anyway. Message Review tells you if it cannot read it.
It asks where the file came from
If Message Review cannot read a file, it asks which app or tool made it. Pick one from the list, or type the name. Your answer goes on our list of the formats people bring us.
Or tell us which app
Write to parent support and name the app your messages are in. Please leave out names and anything else private.
Cloud AI analysis, the free sample analysis on this site, and the chat assistants are available in the United States and its territories, Canada (except Quebec), Australia and New Zealand only. Work you do on your own computer in the desktop app (importing messages, building your timeline, reviewing incidents and exporting them) is not restricted by where you are, and neither is downloading the app or managing your subscription.
