Exporting from OurFamilyWizard

CustodyComms imports the PDF message report that OurFamilyWizard creates.

Export from OurFamilyWizard

  1. Sign in to OurFamilyWizard on the web.
  2. Open the Messages section.
  3. Set the date range you need.
  4. Choose the download or report option and generate the PDF report.
  5. Save the file to your computer.

Import into CustodyComms

  1. Open CustodyComms and click "Import Messages" in the left sidebar.
  2. Under "Where are your messages from?", click "OurFamilyWizard".
  3. Click "Choose File" and pick the PDF report.
  4. Map the participants and complete the import.
Pick OurFamilyWizard first, then use "Choose File". A PDF dragged onto the screen can be added as a document instead of being read as messages.
