Exporting from TalkingParents

CustodyComms imports the PDF record of your messages that TalkingParents creates.

Export from TalkingParents

  1. Sign in to your TalkingParents account.
  2. Open the Records section.
  3. Generate your Unalterable Record (PDF). Its cover page is titled "Complete Message Record".
  4. Download the PDF to your computer.

Import into CustodyComms

  1. Open CustodyComms and click "Import Messages" in the left sidebar.
  2. Under "Where are your messages from?", click "TalkingParents".
  3. Click "Choose File" and pick the PDF record.
  4. Map the participants and complete the import.
Pick TalkingParents first, then use "Choose File". A PDF dragged onto the screen can be added as a document instead of being read as messages.
