- What it uses
- Washington has one mandatory statewide Financial Declaration (FL All Family 131) for dissolution, legal separation, parentage and child support cases. Its asset section covers only liquid 'Available Assets', so it is not a full property inventory.
- Which form, when
- One form for every party. The standard forms are mandatory in actions under chapters 26.09, 26.26A and 26.26B RCW, and 'the parties shall use the mandatory form for financial affidavits' (RCW 26.18.220(1)); the footer reads 'RCW 26.18.220(1) Mandatory Form (06/2026)'. It appears in the Divorce, Temporary Order and Adjust Child Support packets.
- Filed or exchanged
- Filed with the court (clerk code FNDCLR) and served. Financial records are not attached: per the form, they 'should be served on the other party and filed with the court separately using the Sealed Financial Source Documents cover sheet (FL All Family 011)'.
This is general information, not legal advice. Forms change, so check with the court before you file.
