Filed with the court, or given to the other side?

Each side gives it to the other at least three days before a hearing. It is not put in the court file, but the form says to give the original, notarized, to the court at the hearing.

What it uses
The one statewide financial form is the Affidavit of Financial Means attached to Administrative Order No. 10 (Child Support Guidelines), used in family-support matters; it lists financial assets (cash, trust, securities, retirement) and debts but no real property or vehicles, and there is no statewide property disclosure form (arcourts.gov forms list checked).
Which form, when
Used in all family-support matters, exchanged before any hearing to establish or modify support (Admin. Order No. 10, Sec. III(7), as adopted by 2022 Ark. 185); the form extends it to any hearing where financial matters are at issue. No tiers.
Filed or exchanged
Exchanged, not filed: AO 10 Sec. III(7): 'Each party shall exchange the Affidavit of Financial Means and Worksheet at least three days before a hearing... The Affidavit of Financial Means shall not be filed in the court file'; the form also tells both parties to 'supply the original notarized affidavit to the court' at the hearing.

This is general information, not legal advice. Forms change, so check with the court before you file.
