Which form, when
DR-305 with the complaint and with the answer in divorce-with-children or custody cases (Civil Rule 90.3; Presiding Judges' Standing Order of 15 June 2026, sec. 4). DR-962 with any motion or opposition for interim financial support, e.g. fees or spousal support (Standing Order sec. 5).
