What is Evidence Edition Lite?

Plans1 min read

Lite is Import, Analyze and Share. The Export to evidence is Evidence Edition.

CustodyComms does four things.

Import. Bring in an export from any app: OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, AppClose, iMessage, SMS, email and more.

Analyze. Find the incidents, and read every message inside them.

Share. Send the report to your phone, share it with your attorney, keep it in your account.

Export to evidence. The clean, FRE 902(14)-structured export with its manifest, Bates numbering and chain-of-custody log, from the desktop app.

Evidence Edition Lite is $29 a month, month to month, and it is delivered on the website through your account. It gives you every incident in your Message Review written up, with 500 Message Reviews a month, the same allowance as Evidence Edition; every message inside every incident readable; and the Message Review sent to your phone and shared with your attorney. With the current desktop app it raises the import limit to 1,000 messages in one Matter; if the desktop app offers you an update, install it first, because older versions keep the Free limit. Exports stay watermarked.

Evidence Edition is $149 a month and is the plan for the export itself: clean exports with the FRE 902(14) certification template, the per-file SHA-256 manifest, Bates numbering and the chain-of-custody log.

If you cancel, you drop back to Free tier limits: 1 active matter and 350 message uploads. Everything you imported while you were paying stays on your computer, and the Free tier keeps one matter open, the one you imported to most recently.
